Apologies if this is a repeat question:
I have extended my H1B (approval received) but my visa stamp expires in June 06. I have EAD (not using it) and plan to apply for AP. If I travel outside the country (with AP, of course), do I need to get a new HIB visa stamp to reenter? Can I show my AP, and 485 pending papers to come in as a parolee and still retain my H1B? Or my H1B status will get cancelled if I use AP?
I hear conflicting opinions from different people and I don't when I would be need to travel to India for family reasons. If anybody has been in a similar situation, please let me know your experience.

Animal portraits are my "thing", so I don't mean to be overcritical... Try to get the animal's face in the light. The rooster's a good subject, and you got down to rooster height, which is really good, and you got him when crowing - a great behavior. Unfortunately, the face is in shadow, and that means you don't get the "catchlight" sparkle in the eye. Also, you often don't get the eye quite in focus, since autofocus works on contrast. A lot of faults in a protrait can be overlooked if the eye is sharp. In this case, you're focused on the neck feathers, not quite on the eye, so if you can reshoot it, try for getting light in the eye, and I think you'll like the results even more. As my understanding that they will stamp my passport at the port of entry, I wonder if they will keep my current I-797 at the port of entry (I already have the H1 stamp in my passport). Pls advise. Also, I don�t have the bottom portion of the I-94 on I-797 since I am currently in Malaysia . Would this be a problem? Please also advise if they will issue me the new I-94 at the port of entry. I am currently working on my H1 for comapany A. They have filed my Labor on Dec-06 in EB-3. I have an approved I-140 and I-485 is currently pending.
I have got an offer from company B. They want me to switch on EAD and they said they will also file my H1 and i can then move back on H1.
My question is if i switch the company on EAD, can i switch back to H1B in new (Company C) or same company (Company B) and if so can i then swtich to EB-2 by filing new Labor and 140 using the same priority date.

For an individual, let’s say an I-485 was pending since July 2007 (I-140 approved) with current employer A and she moves to an employer B on a similar job on a H1-B transfer invoking the AC21 portability.
1) After the move, if the I-485 gets denied, can the person still retain the priority date of the underlying approved I-140 in any new application if she files with the same or a new employer.
2) After the move, if the I-485 gets denied and the person loses her job with the employer B, can she take a job with employer C by transferring the remaining time on her H1-B visa.

My PD for the EB-2 application is December 2005 BUT I filed my 485 in August 2008 so I am wondering if the US CIS will work on my 485 once my PD is current or will they wait for the PD and the 485 filing date to be current?
